Welcome to the About, From, & With Podcast! I’m Danika Pfeiffer, an Assistant Professor at Towson University in Towson, Maryland. I am a clinical researcher passionate about helping to bridge the research-to-practice gap in the field of speech-language pathology. I am particularly interested in increasing SLPs’ engagement in interprofessional practice as a means to improve the coordination of language and literacy services for young children.
Throughout my journey as an SLP I’ve become interested in, and inspired by, other professionals’ journeys and contributions to the field. I created this podcast to afford opportunities to learn About, From, & With SLPs and other professionals who work with children with communication disorders.
